As PTA leaders go through their membership list, they will notice some duplicate member names. This sometimes happens when a member has purchased a membership in the past that is now expired with a different email. Please email into TOTEM ( help@jointotem.com) and TOTEM will merge both accounts into 1 profile. Please include the following in your email into TOTEM:
- Members name
- Unit name
- Members email (expired membership)
- Members email ( active membership)
