PTA leaders are unable to print up receipts for their members. However, members are able to login to their TOTEM account and go under payments and print up a receipt at anytime for donations and memberships that are ONLY placed online.


Under the Donors and Donations report, there is a column named requires receipt. When the selection says "yes", it is to let the PTA leader know that the donor will have receipt waiting for the member when they login under payments
