- Email into Helpdesk - help@jointotem.com
- Include: Member(s) name, email address, school name, reason for refund and payment date.
- Payment date can be found-- Login to TOTEM --> click on members on the left --> search for the member in the search bar --> click on the members profile --> under payments --> date
- TOTEM is unable to process partial refunds
- Please inquire to TOTEM about the status of the refund
