- Login : https://jointotem.com/dashboard
- Click on Members
- In the search bar, type in member name
- Click on member
- You are able to edit the members personal information, student meta data and member type by clicking on edit
- You are only able to edit a members information if they have not logged in yet. If the members has logged in, the editing
function will lock. To check if a member has logged in, please check the activity section on the right hand side.
- If the editting feature is locked, email into TOTEM (help@jointotem.com) with the members name, email and updated information and TOTEM will take care of it for you.
